This is the result when an 80 percent (B-) is a perfect score; and still waiting for something he wrote as editor of the Harvard Law Review. That’s not to say it was pretty watching the other fella, McCain, do the splits as he stretched from Left to Right, having lost his balls in the middle (imagine that).
Guess it’s time to get an update on CIPA, or boot the messenger (both Ms. Burlingame and Greg Craig, the Legal Whisperer). Hopefully the O(B-)ama is able to comprehend the CIPA, or will he just ignore it … and when disaster strikes, have a commission to get some new laws to really protect us? Maybe Goerlich and Burger. aka Burglar, will lead us.
I thank Debra Burlingame, a great attorney, and her brave outcry in memory of her brother the pilot of Flt. 77. Also, our Solicitor General’s wife, Barbara K. Olson, was aboard that flight, and if ever one deserved to be on the Supreme Court, it would be Theodore B. Olson; he would know what consititutional endangerment means: Sept. 11, 2001 was his 61st birthday.
