Miss Kagan’s decision to override a scientific finding with her own calculated distortion in order to protect access to the most despicable of abortion procedures seriously twisted the judicial process. One must question whether her nomination to the Court would have the same effect.

That Kagan never hoped to be a mother, raise a child, seems part of her m.o. Her years of rejection by males, because of her demeanor and physically unappealing appearance has brought her to vehemently support infanticide and overwhelmingly support homosexuality and any hedonism it would entail (supporting her rejection of military recruiters at Haaavaaad Law School.
Dante could describe her hell; Sartre could justify it or visa versa. It, like her, won’t ever be pretty or happy; the most we can hope for is dull, boring and self-contradictory. Al Franken, WAKE UP.
