Kagan, if you could only argue. But this case, lost. Is it really a boner for free speech or just a boner. You wouldn’t know, I know. Maybe Ruth, or Sota will give you a clue. It may be that you would be better if you could just give ‘poor me’ speeches to eminent donors like to the Arabs ($400Mil+to Haavaad) and not get caught teasing yourself in public…Then perhaps it will never be as marvelous as Haaavad or Slick as Gee Willie, or duplicitous as Obama the Jackal…. do you really want ‘righeousness’. Prepare.
