Kagan didn’t do her homework before arguing the Citizens United case on behalf of the Obama administration and the FEC — which her probably-soon-to-be colleagues on the Supreme Court wasted no time in pointing out. -

Law, Human Affairs

Looks like Kagan won’t have a warm reception at the court… that she can’t argue a case using facts successfully probably shows what a lightweight intellectually she is and that her luck at landing a Marshall clerkship (white jew for a activist black … 40 points) and her dean of Haaavad Law school (insider law and they can afford the charity).

The ultimate court will hold no charity, I hope; but instruction, humiliation forever if wrong; and sweet arguments to show what charity lacks the courage to hear.

Good luck, sweet court.
