When judges become the criminals, when ‘sexual sadism’ mitigates a serial rapist-killer’s sentence, who is to judge the judge? ’Empathy’ of a judge, is a personal thing, to be kept as part of his or her ‘emotions’ (without motion) , not motions (actions) , and especially not as a determinate of judgement. A CIA operative who murders in the line of paramilitary access to the ultimate law of ‘self defense’, he, the operative as a standard bearer of the nation. Many times he might want to be empathetic, but he risks his nation, as the enemy is sworn to terrorize. We want sound judgements of who these terrorists are; we cannot live if we tolerate ‘empathy’ and judgement that counters our self-defense.
Anyone who would interject this into the judgement is Sedious and Treason should also be suspected. Obama is thought, by some, to have been a CIA agent in the 1980’s and this would help explain why he spent time in Pakistan (a fact), but another fact that an American passport was not accepted then, so we surmise he had a foreign passport. Well, as a former murderer, or one who killed in defense of his nation, a hero, in his weakened state he might just think ‘empathy would be nice to be’ a part of judgement. It is not; it cannot influence the judgement; laws can only influence the judgement. Empathy might be nice; it makes you feel better…. but it cannot be a criterion of a judge. As in this case, of an Obama nominee, it only makes him act foolish; he should not only not get a promotion to an appellate court, he should be impeached from any court. He wasn’t even apologetic for his ‘empathy’… and nonsequitorous nonsense of ‘sexual sadism’ being ‘mitigatory’. It is just the opposite; it made the crimes wonderful and fantastic and inflamed the rapist-murderer to pleasure himself over and over.
This judge is dangerous as is Obama. FACT
