Me: Well, I've two talented kids; the younger mentioned my stopping with the lectures. Then enthusiastically asked, 'Dad, can I help you set up a blog?' Moments later, Me: 'OK, that's a great idea, thinkin' they might just read it someday.

But I do also think there is enormous hypocrisy here, because it is Democrats who perpetuate institutionalized race-based discrimination through affirmative action programs which include the color of one’s skin as part of the decision-making process. This may be legal in certain circumstances, and may even be desirable to remedy historical imbalances, but it is discrimination nonetheless. The irony is that it is Republicans and Tea Partiers who hold most true to Martin Luther King, Jr.’s dream of a nation where people were not judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. -

The Attack upon Rand Paul, Tea Party over Republican Establishment Winner of Republican nominee for KY Senator.

Listening to Dr. Rand Paul’s problem with the 1964 Voters Rights Act was that private property was confused with public property.  So, while I can exclude anyone from my home that I do not desire to enter, a privately owned business cannot.  Dr. Paul was explicit on upholding the right of anyone to peacefully enter a public site.  It’s the private of privacy that is at issue.

His argument is that if a private business is considered equal to public space, and I can carry a concealed weapon in a public space, then I can enter any private business with a gun.

In speaking with my father-in-law on the subject, he reminded me that in real estate, because we have ‘public financing of loans’, real estate professionals are not allowed to ‘steer’ clients away or toward certain ethnic neighborhoods, and certainly not disallow anyone from buying anywhere.

So we can add to the ‘private’ column a business that does not have a mortgage in anyway connected to the government.  Still, a sign stating  ’No Green-eyed Blondes allowed to enter’  still smacks of injustice.  Why? and Really?  A private business actually pays the government by collecting the tax for it by charging its customers ‘sales tax’.  What does the government do in return? … directly, nothing. (as an aside, my dad wanted to sue the government for enslaving employers and businesses for collecting taxes without compensation…. cause that kinda defines ‘slavery’.)

Now, the fair Junior League organization.  How many men are members? 0.

The NAACP; how many non ‘colored’ are members?  Get out your ‘shade-o-meter’.  This is getting ridiculous.

So we have eliminated every discrimination in public use: drinking fountains, bathrooms, bus seating, home purchase areas… and the question is: does ‘private’ mean ‘solely determined by the owner’ or not?

In support of Rand Paul, for a private restaurant or hotel or bar to have a sign that reads: ‘Whites Only’ would be suicidal for their business.  Rand Paul says he would not frequent the establishment, nor would I.  Now an establishment that had no sign and then when you, the ‘green-eyed blond’ went inside, and you were told ‘you were not acceptable’ … I would fuss.

There is a law, called ‘truth in advertising’ which could be invoked because ‘you advertised that all were acceptable by not advertising that any particular group was unacceptable.’

So by forcing the bigots into the light, have them starve, or prosper if too much has been given to too many minorities (I’m thinkin’ ILLEGAL ALIENS here… free education, medical, and welfare…. and then if the prego mom just pops here in old USA… well hello donkey…. you can carry the hole family behind you.)

That crap has to stop. We supplied 21 Billion Dollars to Mexico last year… in monies sent back from illegals… we make it so they don’t need any welfare, social security, health care…. and their political system stays corrupt because there is too little demand for it to change … they all come to America or for $2000 bring another foreign terrorist.

By disrespecting the Privacy of a Country and an individual you are overstressing them and endangering them enough so, that they are and should be allowed to defend themselves.  East Germany would shoot those who would leave over or around the Berlin Wall.  If we keep giving $20,000 per year to every illegal, but do so against the will of the American taxpayer, then we’ve created a ‘Berlin Wall’ , but where we may have to shoot them to keep them out.  So stop the FREE DOMination by withholding FREE stuff to every illegal.  Say ‘YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE, when you come without permission.’

This is my private homeland.  I can say to you ‘Go home.’

So a restaurant can put a sign in their window.  ’Any condition or behavior not complimentary to our business will be escorted from the premises.’

So let the Leather jacketed Bikers with weapons, Scantally clad whores and pimps, Burka encased terrorists sue.

Today they would probably win.  The New Black Panthers in Philadelphia with clubs, intimidating white voters … they won.  Thanks, Attn. Gen. Holder.  Thanks Obama.  Thanks Calderone.
