The Appeals court has upheld Congress’s right to legislate; that’s a relief. Judge Nina Gershon loyalty to the Clinton-Obama leftist ideal of ‘social justice with a blind eye to illegal behavior, condoning illegality in the name of justice’ has been defeated, especially when this society gives more than most to everyone in real need.
