Free Speech, you say… well don’t say ‘I have a bomb’ on an airplane, or ‘Fire’ in a theatre full of people. Words, speech is only free if responsible. Granted distance from the funeral is a big deal as to the level of pain inflicted, but intended harm is still a willful act and like ‘contempt of court’, a family saying goodbye to a loved one at a funeral being harassed is contemptible. If not meeting the level of ‘intent to commit harm’, then what is the level?
