… the law does not require them to write insurance for the child and it does not guarantee the “availability of coverage” for all until 2014.

Stupid is what stupid does. Only thing to do: PuSH IT into the oblivion of legal waste. Another quality product from the Democrat Government, who are either stupid or really just want to grow government workers anyway and have a ‘reason’ (irrational at best) to bash insurance companies, and everybody else’s greed, but never their own. Alinskyesque.
Start with one page … market driven …. high deduct (this also curbs the doctor/hospital greed… which is there).
