I disagree; you cannot expect that the person 1000 miles away is subtracting from me; I don’t have any idea who or where or what it (if neutered, for example in Islam land where he nannies the harem).
This mindset puts you on a track of trying to convince the world to ‘add to you’ … and reminds me of the Islamists’ ignorance that they really want to convert the world to their mob madness. When they do, there still will be differences as now, and then they will just be killing eachother … but each more violently than the other. This is a kind of chain reaction kind of mathematics… very volatile.
This is not to say that one can’t add or subtract, multiply or divide you, your consciousness, your property, your family. But the concept of neutral or zero is very important here. Ironic that the middle easterners introduced the concept of ZERO to the Roman counting which didn’t have a zero… (I head it was Fibonacci who studied in Egypt and brought this to the Renaissance in Italy in the 1200’s) which gives me hope that someone will get some sense (cents) enough to realize that ‘Wow, I’m grateful that I live with the idea everyday that there are those that just ‘Don’t give a shit about me’ and then I can remind myself that I think: ‘I could care less about them.’ Of course, ease up on me, I don’t know who these people are …. see, I’m not paranoid, am I?
