History, Art, Uncommon Sense
I remember my senior year in college, signing up for a student production of B.B’s ‘The Informer’, where I got the lead, a history teacher in the 3rd Reich, trying to teach history before the Reich had textbooks with ‘approved’ history. Some of my lessons conflicted with the teachings of the youth groups, and they were always instructed to ‘inform’ on anyone with differing information. It turned out my son felt compelled to ‘inform’ on me, thus the true warning of living in a society which supports ‘lies’ and allows ‘destruction of free speech’. Welcome to the Muslim world of Hamas, Hezzbolah, Iran, and others who model themselves after the 3rd Reich (whatever that is as it brutalizes its own population).
