Sailing is not a sport; it’s a quest or adventure into a new spacetime, where water can be stretched or cut, wind can be collected or spilled, balance can be steady or dynamic and each memory brings you closer to a place where you’ve been and who welcomed you there.  Thanks, Uncle Harry.

Six days.

For the first time in the history of the America’s Cup, races will be broadcast live free of charge on www.americascup.com. Video feed will be supplemented (in French and Spanish) with a Live Ticker animated by the best sailing experts.

This could be the most boring or most awesome thing ever.
