It was factually wrong. The Court’s ruling in Citizens United concerned the right of labor unions and domestic corporations, including nonprofits, to express their views about candidates in media such as books, films and TV within 60 days of an election. In short, it concerned freedom of speech; in particular, an independent film critical of Hillary Clinton funded by a nonprofit corporation. While the Court reversed a 1990 decision allowing such a ban, it left standing current restrictions on foreign nationals and “entities.” Also untouched was a 100-year-old ban on domestic corporate contributions to political campaigns to which the president was presumably referring erroneously. That is a whole lot to get wrong in 72 sanctimonious words. -

Randy E. Barnett: Obama Owes the High Court an Apology - WSJ.com

History, Law, Common Nonsense

Forget the apology to the Supremes; that is a worthless gesture unless it is accompanied by his admission of Sedition, Perjury, and otherwise arrogant stupidity.

Sedition is encouraging one’s fellow citizens to rebel against their state … , and this was his proposal based on untruths about the case he was demonizing.  Wikipedia’s view on perjury is : Perjury, also known as forswearing, is the willful act of swearing a false oath or affirmation to tell the truth, whether spoken or in writing, concerning matters material to a judicial proceeding. Obama had the intention to project an untruth as its implimentation means that FOREIGN sources are affirmed to be outlawed, and that was a great deal of his funding … or will be the next time around … and his other factual missteps, for a PROFESSOR(lecturer) OF LAW FROM THE U. of Chicago … cannot claim the defense of ignorance.  He has sworn to uphold the constitution, not bear false witness against it.

And to top it off, the seditious left press are hounding Judge Alito for mouthing ‘that’s not true’…

People, that was the best example of the most modest ‘FREE Speech’, I have ever not heard, but witnessed and will continue for eons to ring true in all who understand ‘truth’ need not be loud to be ‘righteous’…. it need only be of upholding ‘good’.

Frankly, he’s too egomaniacal for that.
