Something does remind me that poverty is not as much to blame. Yes, they have their crude wood and soft coal pollution, but not the ubiquitous chemical assault on the farms, factories, homes, schools and public places. The selecticides, herbicides, pesticides in spray, powder, injection and other forms restrict the photosynthesis which is the correcting feedback loop of the CO2 producing decay of carbon materials. Plants respond to increased levels of CO2 to increasing growth as long as healthy conditions exist including water and soils with nutrients exposed and left absorbable by microorganisms that are destroyed by chemical warfare.
Limit these DEATH INVADERS of the rich countries, and the rich countries will be absolved of their sin of killing off CO2 absorbing armies of natural material that will work for everyone.
But they want us all to pay for producing CO2; that is stupid.
