‘Transparency’; that means there’s nothing to see, right? Oops maybe that’s in Swahili. Well we know someone ‘applied’ for a Hawaii thing … but nothing was ever produced, no Hospital identified, etc. and if you don’t want to look at the facts, it’s ‘transparent’ too, right?
