Or it may have exploded 4400 years ago and it will be another 100 or so years before we detect the first signs. Or if quantum mechanic, gravity, etc. applies would not the change in space be noted as changed here, but not perhaps physically different?

What we do know is that it did not explode 4600 years ago. That it did not affect the Pharaoh before Moses, but perhaps around Moses time, some 3500 years ago, but not Noah’s Ark flood some 4600 years ago, there was some quantum marker.
