You: Why Dave; why now?
Me: Well, I've got a couple of kids; the younger asked that I stop with the lectures and asked, 'Dad, can I help you set up a blog?' Moments later 'Yea, that's a great idea, thinkin' they might just read it someday, me - Gaarr of Blog'

Getting It Wrong: Surprising Tips on How to Learn: Scientific American
Psychophysics, Uncommon Sense
My thoughts on this is this engages Associative Memory, or Short Term As. Mem. (STAM). And it locates one of the topological elements giving a registration and then allowing a match when the information comes into focus. This seems to be what word pairs measure. Mapping learning or Sequential or STSM as in learning say the Krebs cycle or a physics problem where several equations have to be solved in some order is not addressed here. Although there may be some Associations in problems that are also Sequential…. need more research there to really make this workable….I think sequentially and associatively…. Did you know that STAM is located in the Amydala, and also has a lot to do with anger…
