That’s from Chuck Schumer, NY Senator, in 2001, before he is requesting $75 million per year for increased security for trials for the same people ‘who have no color of citizenship, don’t deserve the same panoply of due process rights that American citizens receive…’

It all goes to the meaning of what ‘panoply of’ is. I guess that’s just the number of votes $75 million can buy. Why not let ACORN be the judges, jury and citizen attorneys …. and they get the $74 million. A 2fur…..
