Either ‘Low Bid, therefore Low Quality’, or everyother bid except an American one was recognized; we couldn’t have an American company build the Embassy; think of the scandal from the Left, ‘Bush hires buddies to build biggest Embassy in the World’ … so we did the politically correct thing…. hire a bunch of American haters who didn’t give two turbins what they built. By the way, I would check the walls for bugs … electronic …. remember the Russian embassy … built by Russkies who planted bugs … in the concrete…. all to be torn down and built again. …. A contractor’s dream come true. One Left, one Right …. let’s do it again…. and again …. here … bomb it here … do it again….
