Homes in Forclosure: Where and how bad.
Real Estate, Law
‘What goes up must come down, spinning wheels must go round’ (Chicago) or so the song goes. Many are overbuilt, poorly built, poorly remodeled for too much money or locked up in ‘contracts’ within banks, waiting for the prices to inch up, i.e. demand for housing to increase.
An 11 percent sales increase in the NE could mean that Florida or other retirement areas can expect an increase. AR, VA, OK, and others have no deep red or from 18-30.5 percent defaults. Might just be a stable place to live, or that they didn’t get the funds to overspend to begin with and they didn’t pay too much either.
Now with everything built with drywall or CalciumSulfate which is millions of times more dissociative (dissolves leaving acidic ionic solution) than CalciumCarbonate as in concrete and the cement based wall materials used before 1974. (They often used Calcium Sulfate as an outer coat … but it stayed dry and was not subject to vapor pressure coming from the outside as happens in most southern homes, especially in summer. Dewpoint temperatures that are near the temperature of the hot summer air exert a great force that is proportional to the difference (lower) in the interior temperature. Moisture gets sucked into the walls and when it reaches the dewpoint it condenses into ‘dew’, duh, and that water interacts with the drywall (you should keep a drywall - hence the name - and legally they warned you, right?)
Now take Chinese drywall, not satisfied with just making a building material out of sewage and dead sea animals, they added bits of cellulose so now you have even an easier ‘wick’ throughout the Calcium Sulfate to really flood the material with moisture, and then it’s stored in the cellulose so when those anearobic bacteria (sick building syndrome) get thirsty, there’s a ready source, as well as a dissociative ionic material ready to brake down the material into some version of Sulfuric ion which is acidic… great for corroding wiring.
And who do we thank, why those architects, and especially the Builders, as in National Association of Home Builders who successfully lobbied who else but that Michigan former governor, Gerald Ford. Of course the congress was ready to agree… cheaper housing, more jobs …. and ‘we didn’t know nothin’ bout no dewpoint’. Weren’t that just a Mountain Dew point, time to relax and watch that money pile up.’ After all, we’re the same or slightly different idiots who approved the ‘catalytic converters’ which cause fires, make your engine run richer (using more fuel) and add about $1000 to the cost, and put more back pressure on the engine so it wears out sooner. Sounds like a win-win for the government who looks like they are doing something and a big win for the car industry, cause there’s more service and your car will crap out sooner.
And now to the CO2 bullshit. There is an automatic feedback loop with oxygen and plants where the higher the CO2, the more O2 will be generated by plants UNLESS you allow all sorts of poisons to kill of, especially the sensitive phytoplankton, and mow all the grasses and selecticide all the cropland, and plow up all the cropland and add pesticides and pave over everything you can. Oh yea, dump it all in the ocean is a great idea, too. CLEAN UP. Let anything that destroys plant life be strictly limited; make NO TILL farming mandatory, and I like that idea to make berms around the cropland to contain as much water as possible. Also French drains (even pantyhose filled with rocks buried in lowlands) will force the water to penetrate deeper where roots will find it and make more photosynthetic material…. YEA FOR PHOTOSYNTHESIS. the end maybe fear.
