Regardless if Mr. Soetoro were born in Hawaii, he was of a foreign father, and therefore could use his foreign status to his advantage, e.g. travel to Pakistan in 1982 under a Indonesian passport, because a US passport wouldn’t work. DUH, he had a foreign passport; let’s just see it, huh?

Nobody has seen the sworn affadavits from Mombasa either. Certainly, the accuser is not willing to prejudice his case … by creating another argument to supersede his claim…. see, law is based on the lower case goes first. If you counterclaim somebody, that needs to be satisfied before your claim can go forward. The advantage, then is to the one who holds his cards close to await a judgement … tricky and a lot of good info is quashed until down the line.

Look at the 430,000 who have risked their reputation on requesting a view of his birth certificate. Was the marriage disputed because under father’s Islamic law, he could be married to others? Hey, ok. But if mom were in Kenya, pleading for his exclusive attention because of her lost flower, and she was repelled at the last, couldn’t come to Hawaii, and popped in Kenya… whoa …. drama folks. It’s all there; read Shakespeare… he was a Brit too.
