This is stupid, and equivalent to a cover up.
The last big one was Teddy Kennedy. I’m surprised that no resolution proclaiming that it was WONDERFUL for Teddy to: Cheat and Harvard should have forgiven and forgotten. Also, it was Teddy’s right to impregnate his young intern, Ms. Kopeckne, get drunk with her on Chappiquiddick, drive almost mile on a dirt road, not the paved road in the opposite direction, flip the car over on a bridge to the beach, leave her in the car, and run over 2 miles, swim the Edgartown Channel of 4 to 6 mph current, and fall asleep in his hotel bedroom as if nothing had happened. And the fact that almost nothing did happen is Wonderful. Ted lives on gee, with Brain Cancer.
