Yet Hillary ‘recklessly’ wants to return him to power. And the 7 steps recommended by Costa Rica’s Arias… let’s see: not here
Here’s a 12 Step Plan… rejected, but probably the 7 are there somewhere…… There’s a 7 Step of Roberto Micheletti’s Counterproposal, but one step is that Z return to face a court of law; and in Arias’s there’s a return to Z’s presidency … (and in Hillary’s proposal too.
