What's the difference? One is a Certificate; Other is a Certification

This is to refute the uninformed, Maddow, Gibbs and all others that there is a ‘real’ form, which Obama has not produced, and may not be able to produce to give the evidence necessary that he is a legal citizen at time of birth.

Need to know: Where exactly was he born and when. Not the Town he was living in when he was ‘certified’ a living child.
