Where does the time go, or for that matter my watch? Seriously, do not underestimate socalled ‘dark energy’, as it may exist in any time, given a certain energy threshold. Just as the earth as dark matter could be the size of a baseball, it is rather academic as there would be an event horizon around it which hides it and once entered is lost. Micro dark energies could be there too, perhaps everywhere, but the event horizons are so small that there is little chance of encountering it … unless you have a lot of energy, i.e. stuff moving very fast and a lot of it locally to get trapped.
Now isn’t that a sociable explanation?
